Chapter Membership Application

This application is to apply for chapter membership of the Black Panther Movement International organization. Completing ths application does not award membership to anyone, all members must be interviewed and approved by approved leadership. Please answer every question below. All information provided is confidential and will be processed as such, only approved personal will have access as needed to determine membership approval. All Chapter leadership positions require background check.

To complete this application please send a link to all social media accounts you have to thepanthermovement@gmail.com. There is a $25 new member fee due immediately, monthly $20 member dues will start after new member class is complete. Every new member will recieve a new member pack w/ patch.
